Lead Installer
This role is for an installer with experience leading residential installs and keeping quality high from start to finish. You will help deliver clean, consistent installs while supporting a team that is continuing to grow.

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of HVAC install experience
- Comfortable leading installs and working through common install challenges
- Strong quality control habits and attention to detail
- Professional communication with customers and team members
- Open to training, feedback, and improving processes
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations and ensure job quality
- Coordinate install steps with helpers and keep the job moving
- Confirm systems are installed cleanly and operating as expected
- Communicate basic updates to customers during the job when needed
- Follow company standards for safety and job site cleanliness
Training and Support
Support and training may include:
- External classes when available
- Recent topics may include mini splits and commercial controls
- In house training on customer communication standards
