Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience
- Comfortable performing routine maintenance and basic system checks
- Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
- Reliable, respectful, and able to communicate clearly with customers
- Willing to learn and improve through ongoing training
Responsibilities
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance visits and seasonal checkups
- Inspect systems, note concerns, and communicate findings clearly
- Complete work orders and basic documentation as needed
- Support the team with simple troubleshooting when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and professional presence at customer homes
Training and Support
Training varies by role and experience, but may include:
- Company provided training classes when available
- Recent training topics may include mini splits and commercial controls
- In house coaching focused on improving customer conversations
