Service Technician
This role is for an installer with experience leading residential installs and keeping quality high from start to finish. You will help deliver clean, consistent installs while supporting a team that is continuing to grow.










Job Details
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of HVAC install experience
- Confident diagnosing common residential HVAC issues
- Able to explain problems and solutions in a clear, respectful way
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and team focused
- Comfortable continuing training and improving systems knowledge
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and service residential heating and cooling systems
- Communicate findings and options clearly to customers
- Complete repairs and document work performed
- Follow company processes on safety, quality, and customer care
- Support team members as needed on calls or follow ups
Training and Support
Training varies by experience and current needs, but may include:
- External classes when available
- Recent topics may include mini splits and commercial controls
- In house training focused on improving customer conversations
